In this rather unusual time, I am so happy that we can still connect with virtual classes. Whether you would have been coming along to my classes anyway, are a previous student, or even someone who wouldn’t normally get to join me, you are welcome. I am currently offering two classes per week via Zoom:
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm. Release the day flow.
Fridays 8-9am. Fire-up Friday Vinyasa flow.
Tuesdays will be a more relaxing flow, creating movement and space in the body after days spent inside at the desk. Friday mornings will incorporate opportunities to play with variations and go deeper into your practice. Please do get in contact me if you have any questions at all. A donation of 5 per class is suggested, but do let me know if you are struggling at the moment.
Classes are run through Zoom, so I’d recommend downloading the app to your phone, tablet or computer ahead of time if you haven’t used it before. You might find it helpful to have a yoga block (or a couple of books!), blanket and cushion to assist you through the class.
I am a 250 hour registered Vinyasa and Mandala yoga teacher. My classes seek to blend the fluidity and breath of Vinyasa with thoughtfully sequenced poses that support your body in balancing strength and mobility. Movement that feels good, and does good.
