If you can’t get to my classes, have specific focuses in mind, or would just prefer attentive experience, then a 1-2-1 class may be perfect for you. I can come and teach you in the comfort of your own home, or at another preferred location. Hour or ninety minute bespoke classes available, multiple class discounts available. 

Yoga Classes

YogaBomb: Saturdays 8:15-9:30am and cover classes: check the schedule on the MindBody app to find me.

The Yoga Revolution: Beginner’s course, Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm; Feel Good Friday flow 5:30-6:30pm.

Malton: Wednesdays 8:15-9:15pm at Workhouse Gym. A fun vinyasa flow designed to aid in mobility -a must-attend if you strength train! Beginners course on Monday evening -email me for the next course dates!

Health Bloggers Community Yorkshire

HBC Yorkshire is back with our second event of the year; HIIT and Flow.

10-10.30: HIIT with Blogger and Personal Trainer Amie from Fitness Forster. Power through this high intesity full-body workout that will put your cardiovascular endurance to the test!

10.30-11: Flow with Blogger and Yoga Teacher Elle from Enlivening Elle. An uplifting flow to lengthen and mobilise your body through dynamic movement. After working hard in the HIIT session and creating space through yoga, you’ll be guided through a soothing shavasana ready for brunch!

11-12: Brunch! Create your very own yoghurt bowl!! Make it delicious and nutritious with the selection of goodies that will be provided. And of course there will be a special ‘Insta Station’ for you to let your imagination run wild and create that perfect #instapic

I am a registered 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher, teaching strong and slow flows with a focus on alignment. Inspired by my backgrounds in gymnastics, dance, weight training and calisthenics, I aim to bring a balance of flexibility, creative movement and strength to my classes.
