Whether you want a class that fits into your busy schedule, more personalised sessions, or just wish to build up confidence in the privacy of your own home, I'm here for you. Sessions are curated to your needs, so unlike public classes, progression is built into our plan together. This means you won't be introduced to a new pose or skill one week, to never practice it again. Whether your goals are based on flexibility, strength or achieving a specific skill, we'll work together to focus on the aspects of yoga that are relevant for our classes to help you work towards your goals.
