You are unique, and so should be our sessions! That being said, in a typical private consultation, you can expect me to look over your health history, relationship with food and sometimes dietary habits. We will then discuss your aims and expectations for our sessions together, and will create goals and action plans to support your needs. I use a gentle nutrition approach, so there's no diets or restriction here. Wherever you are in your life and relationship with food, we will work together to support you and your body's needs. Whether you need support transitioning to a vegan diet, are training for a race, experiencing digestive discomfort, or just want some advice, I can identify any gaps in your diet, and suggest foods or recipes you might like to try.

Intuitive Eating is a structured program that helps you to break free from diet-centric eating to honour your body's innate hunger and fullness cues. We are not anti-weight loss, but are anti focusing on weight loss as the primary outcome, and instead focus on health promoting behaviours -for mental and physical health.

A 60 minute appointment to cover your needs and goals. We will go over any relevant health history, lifestyle and eating habits to build a big-picture view to create a tailored plan for you.
This is your chance to have dedicated time for you, to address concerns and get ready to make a positive change!
45 minute follow up consultations, to guide your progress. These sessions allow us to have a chance to discuss any changes, cover additional material, and keep you supported.
The frequency of these consultations varies, but I usually recommend every 2-4 weeks.
Whether you work with me for a few weeks, or several months, I want you to finish feeling confident and positive. During your last appointment, we'll take time to celebrate the wins, answer those questions you forgot to ask, and set any future goals you might have.
