      I’m so glad you liked the recipe! I wouldn’t worry too much about oil -there’s only a small amount, and having oil in your diet isn’t inherently bad. Granolas need mediums like oil, syrups or even mashed fruit or veg. If you want to skip the oil, then you could increase the amount of other binding ingredients. Hope this helps!
